Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time, with no minimum term.
Do memberships include Recovery Sessions?
Membership includes your weekly Personal Training and Em-Shape sessions. Recovery Sessions can be added individually at standard pricing, or bundled at a discount with a Recovery Package.
How does cancellation work?
Your membership renews monthly until you cancel. You'll get a reminder email one week before each billing date, and there's no cancellation fee.
